- How to Book
- Please make your own advance reservation via the official website.
- For ages 13 and up, weighing between 40kg and 100kg. Participants under 18 need a parent/guardian’s signed consent (or must be accompanied).
- People with heart conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, mental health conditions, or who are pregnant cannot participate. Drinking alcohol on the day is strictly prohibited.
- Please check in 15–30 minutes before your reserved time.
- The activity may be cancelled for safety reasons in severe weather such as strong winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.
- A standard cancellation fee will apply for last-minute cancellations or changes in group size on the customer’s part.
