Cancellation
Please note that a cancellation charge may apply if you cancel a booking.

How to cancel a booking
If you have booked your accommodation online, you can cancel it on the “View Booking” page.
If you have booked your accommodation by telephone or email, please call to cancel.
Hot Spring Tax
Each guest is charged 150 yen in addition to their accommodation fee as a Hot Spring Tax. We appreciate your understanding.
- Guests elementary school age and younger are not subject to tax.
